Ann began her insurance career in 1985 after graduating from Sweet Briar College with a BA in Anthropology. Ann has more than 30 years of experience in personal insurance, and she has spent her entire career on the broker side. Ann maintains the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and CAPI, Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance, achieved through Wharton’s Aresty School of Executive Management.

Ann joined MDP in 2010 as Vice President of the Private Client Group.  She specializes in working with affluent families to customize comprehensive personal insurance programs, and she takes tremendous pride in providing exceptional service for her clients and their complex situations. Ann and her husband, Jeff, enjoy golf, travel and time with their family.

Galveston Historical Foundation once struggled to find insurance representatives who not only appreciated historic buildings and vessels, but also understood the complexities of owning and managing these valuable treasures.  Following Hurricane Ike in 2008, MDP and the National Trust Insurance Services proved their value and commitment.  We now enjoy almost ten years of service and have the confidence of a comprehensive insurance package that we review annually.  This confidence allows us to do what we do — interpreting and stewarding these nationally recognized historic properties—and MDP and NTIS to do what they do—service a customer with loyalty and an eye for cost efficient insurance coverage.
