Lorene Huffman came to MDP from the US Air Force, where she served in a variety of human resource, operational, and strategic roles. She retired after 20 years of service and transitioned into the corporate HR world by joining MDP. Among her long list of accolades and certifications, she earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and was named the Air Force’s “Instructor of the Year” for her field. Lorene had a top secret clearance and spent time working in Hawaii and South Korea.
Lorene grew up in Southern California, and moved to Baltimore in 2013 with her husband, Norman, who is a pastor at a church in Ellicott City, and her two kids, Madelyn and Thomas. Away from the office, you’ll find Lorene watching crime dramas or engaged in her speaking career talking to women about living “with grace and grit.”
MDP helped us through a very complex builder’s risk in New York city and worked with us every step of the way. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and they continue to provide our museum with an excellent risk management program today. MDP’s people are professional, enjoyable, and experts at what they do.
